This script, when invoked from CygnusEd Pro, will ask the user for a picture
file, obtain the WIDTH, HEIGHT, BORDER condition, ALTernate text and ALIGNment
information and then insert all this information into an HTML <IMG SRC...> tag.

Now supports PNG and GIF files internally.
