You've waited so long for something for FUBAR, and now here it is.  The
Control Centre in all its glory!

Since this is beta, the usual legal mush applies (i.e.  Q-Group will not be
held responsible for any damages, blah blah..).

THIS RELEASE HAS **FULL** DOCUMENTATION!  It's very long and detailed, but
do read it - it will give you a much better insight into how FUBAR will
work, and of course how to use the Control Centre.

Maybe it was stupid of me to upload this before without documentation... I
dunno.  Please e-mail me with your responses.
