UAEClock 2.0
by Jürgen Klawitter
FREEWARE
UAEClock is a digital clock that displays weekday, date, time and free memory.
I wrote this program mainly for WinUAE after I noticed that an old clock
program of mine (and most other clock programs) didn't update the seconds
in WinUAE at regular intervals. Other features I added were display of
uptime, setting of the wildstar bit and localisation of weekdays and months.
FEATURES
- borderless window with invisible gadgets (close, drag, depth)
- window position, text and background color, memory display and font
are fully configurable
- names of weekdays and months localized (affords kickstart V38+)
- optimized for very low CPU-usage (lower than 0.1%)
- detaches itself from shell
- works perfectly with WinUAE
- sets the wildstar bit in the rootnode of dos.library, so that '#?' can
be replaced by '*' as wildcard
- shows uptime (time which has passed since boot time)
- written in assembly, short program code
